Director of Sales Operations

POSITION OVERVIEW

Harbor Health is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales Operations to build and optimize the operational infrastructure that powers our sales organization. In this critical role, you'll ensure our sales team has the tools, data, processes, and strategies needed to drive growth and achieve revenue targets as we transform healthcare delivery in Austin. You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to align operations with our mission of creating a member-centered healthcare experience that seamlessly integrates comprehensive care with modern payment solutions.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Leadership Partner with sales and executive leadership to develop and refine sales strategy, policies, and programs that optimize the sales funnel and accelerate revenue growth while supporting Harbor Health's payvider model.

Sales Enablement & Productivity Design, implement, and continuously improve sales tools, processes, and policies that enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness, ensuring the team can focus on building meaningful relationships with prospective members and employer groups.

Data Analysis & Performance Management Generate, analyze, and synthesize sales forecasts, performance data, and market trends to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence.

CRM & Technology Oversight Oversee CRM systems and sales technology stack, including data integrity audits, system updates, and automation initiatives that streamline operations and improve data accuracy.

Process Optimization & Innovation Design, implement, and monitor sales processes and programs that ensure continuous improvement, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.

Compensation & Forecasting Collaborate with Finance and HR to design, implement, and monitor sales compensation plans while managing sales forecasting to support accurate business planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to achieve organizational goals and maintain alignment across the business.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We're looking for candidates with 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity. You should bring strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights. Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is essential, along with a proven track record in process design, sales forecasting, and operational strategy development. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success in this cross-functional role. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, excel at managing competing priorities, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
