POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a Product Lead of Operations to architect and execute operational strategies that will fuel Harbor Health’s ambitious growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (and working closely with the Chief Operations Officer), this role demands a high-caliber individual who can translate the vision of our care model into day-to-day operations through technology. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Insurance, and Clinical teams to build a frictionless operating model that delivers world-class member experiences while also leveraging the best of our amazing clinical & operational teams.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Chief Product Officer to develop and own the product roadmap for Harbor Health’s operating model
- Obsess to ideate on products that drive enterprise OKRs, particularly around cost of care and member experience
- Drive day-to-day coordination with the engineering team, ensuring product deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to keep Harbor Health on the leading edge of healthcare innovation
- Communicate operations-related product strategy and performance to executive stakeholders
- Work with internal clinical & operational teams to solicit requirements, collaborate on implementation, and monitor long-term progress
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 6–10 years of combined experience in healthcare technology, consulting, or related fields, with a track record of scaling operational products or platforms
- Proven success in product management within innovative healthcare organizations (e.g., Oscar, Carbon, Devoted, One Medical), with a strong understanding of payor-provider models.
- Expertise in operational workflows and process optimization, with hands-on experience leveraging data analytics for decision-making
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in healthcare or a similarly regulated environment.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, adept at unifying diverse teams around shared goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with technical and executive audiences.
- This is a Remote role.
