POSITION OVERVIEW

A strategic, fully remote role focused on driving data-informed business decisions and product optimization across Harbor Health's clinical, operations, insurance, and growth divisions. The position bridges business strategy with technical execution to enhance operational efficiency and implement innovative healthcare solutions.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Chief Strategy & Data Officer to identify and execute strategic analytics initiatives
  • Lead product development for operational optimization
  • Transform internal data science tools into operational assets
  • Implement AI solutions across healthcare operations
  • Manage daily coordination with engineering team on analytics deliverables
  • Create and maintain analytics visualizations
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between clinical, operations, and insurance teams
 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 6-10 years combined experience in healthcare consulting and HealthTech product
  • Background with innovative healthcare companies that are product-first
  • Strong product management capabilities
  • Expertise in analytics and data visualization
  • Familiarity with SQL and data architecture / visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in healthcare
  • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership
  • Strong technical communication skills
