Harbor Health looking for an engaging Product Lead - Consumer XP to become a member of our team! Harbor Health is an entirely new multi-specialty clinic group in Austin, TX utilizing a modern approach to co-create health with those who get, give, and pay for it, allowing everyone to fully flourish. As the Product Lead- Consumer XP (product & service), you will partner closely with a talented cross-functional team across engineering, clinical staff, insurance experts, and data scientists, leading the team to execute on a shared vision. You will be hands-on and iteration-minded, and will roll up your sleeves to get the right outcomes for our members in co-creating their health.

This role is responsible for the development and delivery of product strategy, roadmap, and execution, partnering closely with cross functional teams to deliver on company objectives and key results.

Our Product Lead - Consumer XP will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategy, prioritization, requirements, roadmap, and execution for products required to deliver key performance metrics for consumer experience across both clinical and benefit use cases.
  • Deliver the product roadmap across an entire lifecycle of the prioritized product(s), from translating the vision, managing the team to hit deadlines, managing capacity against scope, and building/acquiring any technology.
  • Advocate for and enable high-quality user experiences for the organization’s consumers and the clinicians caring for them.
  • Accountable for the success of a cross-functional team, including experts in clinical, ops, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and others as the business expands.
  • Effectively manage prioritization for speed to market, performance, and experience.
  • Lead the generation and execution of a hypothesis- and data-driven roadmap of Harbor’s products.
  • Define successful product outcomes with clearly measurable objectives and key results. Create accountability against goals.
  • Lead and inspire team and partners to deliver results through challenges under occasional ambiguous circumstances. Influence positive results by working across the team, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
  • Communicate crisply and concisely in any medium. Demonstrate strong storytelling and narrative writing capabilities.
  • Understand, evaluate, and address market trends and business needs to deliver a differentiated experience for Harbor consumers.

Successful Product Lead - Consumer XP's will have:

  • Experience in managing  complex products or a family of multiple products required that delivery positive financial/experience results to the organization driven by data.
  • 10 years of product management experience (3 min of years with digital health/health system products); or a minimum of 10 years direct digital health/health system product management
  • Proven ability to lead key strategic initiatives, making data driven decisions and delivering results.  Demonstrated ability to think strategically, create a vision and execute on that vision that delivers results for the organization.
  • Prior experience with a health system, health benefits, start-up, or venture-backed company.
  • Experience developing and launching telemedicine, mobile apps, and virtual care solutions.
  • Proficient in developing HITRUST-certified products and regulated digital health tools. 
  • Proficient in agile product methodologies.
  • Healthcare experience (whether as a product manager or clinical role) required
  • Demonstrated delivery of  products to market using an iterative process to generate revenue and meet commercial targets.
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem solver. Able to identify the real challenges and viable solutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to lead teams to aligned outcomes for an organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • MBA

Physical Requirements of the role include:

  • Travel to other offices may be required up to 10%.
