POSITION OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Partner at Harbor Health will support our mission of building our team of healthcare innovators. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on early career and operational roles, while learning our healthcare business model and recruitment processes.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Support full-cycle recruitment process for entry to mid-level positions across clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and required qualifications
  • Maintain job postings and ensure accurate representation of open positions
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other established channels
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules
  • Maintain recruitment data in Jazz HR and provide regular activity reports
  • Support recruitment process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in creating and updating recruitment documentation
  • Handle administrative aspects of the recruitment process
 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Healthcare industry exposure preferred but not required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required; Jazz HR experience a plus
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn and basic sourcing tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
