The right candidate will bring curiosity, execution capability, and the desire to build systems that scale with the organization.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Infrastructure Automation: Design and implement low-code/no-code automations and backend system workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.
  • Systems Monitoring & Optimization: Build basic observability and performance tracking into key systems to improve uptime and user experience.
  • Security & Configuration Management: Work with IT Security to enforce secure configuration baselines and patch/update policies.
  • Project Delivery & Systems Implementation: Support project intake and execution from scoping through implementation—balancing project (50%) and operational (50%) responsibilities.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create accessible and up-to-date documentation around systems configuration, workflows, and changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical partner to stakeholders, offering insight and direction for business-driven IT initiatives.
  • Vendor & Integration Oversight: Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot escalations, optimize services, and ensure systems are aligned to business goals.

    • 1+ year of experience supporting cross-functional technical projects (preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience managing and improving SaaS systems in a healthcare or high-growth environment

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit:

  • Builder's Mentality: You see process gaps as opportunities to make things better.

  • Initiative-Oriented: Comfortable owning outcomes and figuring things out.
  • Collaborative: Works well with stakeholders and other IT team members—able to balance business needs with engineering best practices.
